Wedding/Bridal party Terms and Conditions

To hold the date:   A deposit of £50 is to be paid by bank transfer before any wedding date can be held. A contract will be sent for you to sign. This covers administration charges and is not refundable. 

​

Trials and booking:  A trial is very strongly recommended for a wedding booking. Please note, it is recommended to book a trial at least 4 weeks before the big day, preferably 3 months. Trials take place on weekdays and evenings only (not Saturdays or Sundays).

Minimum fee: £195 plus travel costs (£160 if bride not included). Bridal party payment for services for all bridal party members will be included in the invoice to the bride. All services are required to be paid 3 weeks before the wedding to ensure that enough time is booked out for you, and/or a good hair assistant is engaged, if needed.

Photographs of the hair will also be taken on the wedding day by me to record my work and may be used on social media/website. If you do not wish for these photographs to be used, please let me know.

• Large groups (bride + 6) and/or an early start time may require a hair assistant. The price charged will be the same as that for Candice Zen's services i.e £60 per guest.

• If you would like me to stay on after the ceremony preparation to assist with any hair changes during the day, an hourly rate of £50 will be charged.

Sickness or accident: In the unlikely event that I am very unwell and cannot attend the wedding day or due to other unforeseen emergency circumstances then I will immediately try to find another artist to be sent in my place and you will receive a full refund of monies paid minus the £50 administration fee and trial fees.

TRAVEL COSTS

 

UK Local

• 30 Mins – No Charge

• 45 Mins – 1 Hour – £20 plus travel costs

• Over 1 Hour – £40 plus travel costs

 

If splitting the preparation between two locations, there will be an additional charge for relocation set-up/travel time.

​

UK National and International Travel

• I am happy to undertake bookings further afield, although travel costs will then include travel time.

• For UK journeys over 2 hours, overnight accommodation and travel will be chargeable.

• For overseas weddings, return flights and 1 or 2 night’s accommodation will be chargeable.
